The Grand Lady on the Triangle
The Shore Cultural Centre Board of Trustees is a non-profit organization with a 501-C3 status and a mission to serve the community on a cultural, civic, education, recreational and economical basis in the Shore Cultural Centre. All donations to the Shore Cultural Centre are tax-deductible. Make checks payable to the Shore Cultural Centre Corporation.
The Shore Cultural Centre, affectionately referred to as the “Grand Lady on the Triangle”, is located in the heart of Downtown Euclid and acts as an economic anchor for the area. The Centre is a beautiful building listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With the exception of the summer months, the Centre hosts more than 1,000 people per week. Often times, more than 1,500 people will attend an entertainment event on a weekend.
The Board of Trustees is working towards restoring the building, especially the auditorium.
The City of Euclid is not in a position to assist us. Many volunteers are working to paint the hallways and entrances. PPG Industries has given us more than $1,000 worth of paint and we have received other donations of materials from the business community.
